90 minutes of movement to unwind tension and reconnect with your body
Late fall and winter are the time of year when our bodies want to sleep a little longer, snuggle a little tighter, and maybe move a little less vigorously. This is also the time of year when many of us have our most intense social schedules, along with increased demands for time and attention from loved ones.
It's easy to let our own well-being slide during this time, and to end up feeling wrecked come January.
This class is a sweet antidote to the hustle and bustle. We'll move quietly and gently, working through tension in all areas of the body. You'll leave feeling calm and fortified for the season.
This class is appropriate for all levels of movers. Please let the instructor know if you have chronic ailments or injuries so she can modify appropriately.
