Put Your Best Face Forward: Face Yoga Jump Start with Sherry

Would you like to put your best face forward in 2019? Want to exercise more, dial down stress, and take better care of yourself in just 10 minutes a day? These Face Yoga sessions are for you.

Face yoga is practice for training the muscles in your face and neck that can help you firm your jawline, plump your lips, lift your droopy eyes and smooth out the lines on your forehead.

In these three sessions we’ll address

-the leading causes of unnecessary aging - stress and bad habits

-retrain your forehead to open your eyes

-put the “WOW” back in your smile and heart

-transform turkey neck into swan neck

-laugh like a young child and more.


Sundays, January 27 and February 24 from 3-4.

and Saturday, February 9 from 3-4

No previous experience with yoga or anything else needed. Wear clothes you can move freely in and bring your sense of humor.

Sherry has practiced and taught yoga for three decades and is certified in the Face Yoga Method and TriYoga. She’s a life long polymath obsessed with how the body affects the mind. When she’s not teaching young children how to blow up their parent’s kitchen she hits the floor for hip hop or salsa dancing.
