Group hypnotherapy is an effective holistic and cognitive-behavioral tool for increasing relaxation and well-being. This group session utilizes hypnotic relaxation strategies to help you focus your mind, quiet your thoughts and feel more in control so you can relax and increase your overall sense of well-being

We will gather together in community to set intentions, find comfortable space for our bodies on the floor or in chairs (wear comfortable clothes!), experience deep relaxation through hypnotherapy, and finally hold space for reflections and questions.
